Wholesale service

Lux-Wholesale provides product discovery, sourcing and inquiry tools for business buyers. Catalog availability, pricing and specifications may change until confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation.

Accounts and inquiries

You are responsible for accurate account, business and delivery information and for activity under your account. An inquiry is not a binding purchase until commercial terms are confirmed by both parties.

Images and product information

Images are illustrative. Colour, packaging and minor production details may vary. Buyers should confirm material, size, configuration, quality requirements and destination rules before ordering.

Payment, shipping and returns

Payment, delivery, inspection, cancellation and return terms are stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Import duties, taxes and local compliance obligations remain the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Acceptable use and liability

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
